The ultra-low temperature surface blackbody radiation source is an ultra-small surface blackbody radiation source independently developed by Tai'an Demei Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. It is an innovative product designed for high-precision infrared equipment calibration and testing.

Product Introduction of Blackbody Temperature Calibrator

This product breaks through the volume limitations of traditional blackbody equipment and combines wide temperature range rapid cooling technology to achieve high-stability radiation output in the range of -50℃ to 80℃. The radiation surface size supports flexible expansion from 70mm to 150mm, which is suitable for laboratories, industrial sites, medical equipment and other scenarios. Its compact design, rapid cooling performance and modular expansion capabilities provide reliable calibration solutions for infrared temperature measurement, thermal imaging systems, etc.

Product Feature of Blackbody Radiation Source

1) ‌Ultra-wide temperature range covers the temperature range of -50℃ to 80℃, breaking through the low temperature limit of traditional blackbody and meeting the calibration requirements in harsh environments.

2) Supports rapid cooling to -40℃ in 25 minutes, significantly improving test efficiency.

3) ‌Flexible and expandable radiation surface: The basic radiation surface size is 70mm, and different radiation surfaces can be selected according to the use requirements. Adapt to the calibration of equipment with different field of view angles.

4) Radiation surface emissivity ≥ 0.95, optional adjustable emissivity function (adjustable between 0.95-1) to ensure high-precision signal output.

5) Adopting an integrated refrigeration system and lightweight materials, the volume is 30% smaller than similar products, making it easy to carry and install.

6) ‌Intelligent control, equipped with a touch screen, supports temperature curve preset, real-time monitoring and data export functions. Compatible with PC remote control, adapted to the integration of automated test systems.

7) Wide application scenarios: Suitable for full temperature range calibration of medical infrared thermometers, industrial thermal imagers, vehicle-mounted night vision systems and other equipment.

Traceable StandardsFactory inspection uses HEITRONICS radiation temperature transfer pyrometer for radiation temperature measurement. After the corresponding fixed point blackbody radiator is calibrated, it provides temperature transfer between blackbody radiation sources.
Remark

For low-temperature surface source blackbody furnace, when the set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, in order to effectively avoid the problem of frosting on the radiation surface of the blackbody furnace, the blackbody furnace is equipped with an anti-frost cover and nitrogen ventilation pipe. Users need to prepare nitrogen, nitrogen pressure reducing valve and other related supporting equipment.
